Bespoke Meal Prep Service

Meal Prep Service

While there are many services in the Fort Worth and Aledo area that create prepared meals, I saw there was a gap for a high-quality, allergen-friendly, customized meal service. My Bespoke Meal Prep Service combines all my varied experiences as a holistic nutritionist, Whole30 certified coach and private chef to provide flavorful, family-friendly next-level nutritious meals.

What Does “Bespoke Meal Prep” Mean

Bespoke means something specifically prepared for a customer. For each of my Bespoke Meal Prep clients, we start with a consultation.

We will cover:

  • Family likes and dislikes
  • Food allergies or sensitivities
  • Which meals you want me to cook
  • Grocery Budget (This service has a fee plus cost of groceries so I like to know your expectations.)

After the consultation, I take this information and my extensive repertoire of cuisines and techniques to create weekly meal plans that are EXACTLY what your family will eat.

FAQs

What areas do you serve?

West Fort Worth and East Parker County

How does this service work?

  • I plan, shop for and create 5 meals, fully customized to your family’s needs and likes
  • Each meal will contain 4 generous servings
  • Typically meals are either a one-pot meal (casserole, soup, stew, etc.) with a salad or a protein-centric entree with a side
  • I use reusable glass containers to avoid plastics and aluminum. There will be a one-time container fee prior to first meal delivery.
  • Cooked in my home or yours – My clients have always preferred I cook in my home and deliver vs having to have their kitchen clean for me to cook there*

What allergens do you avoid?

In order to keep my kitchen allergan friendly, I cook:

  • 100% gluten-free
  • 100% soy free – I use coconut aminos instead for Asian inspired meals
  • 100% corn free and can do grain-free

How can food without these ingredients be delicious?
Having personally not eaten gluten for over a decade and having multiple other food sensitivities, I know how hard it is to find allergen-friendly food that truly tastes amazing. Here’s the scoop, though. I have cooked for incredible wine makers in Napa Valley and clients who have dined all over the world. I have cooked without these ingredients so I could taste the food as I was creating their meals. But get this…they never knew it! One client even told me his meal at the French Laundry earlier that day didn’t compare to what I created for him. I literally cried!

Healthy food doesn’t have to taste like healthy food. I want to eat foods that satisfy not only my body nutritionally but also my soul and spirit. You can expect nothing less when I cook for your family. If I won’t eat it, I won’t serve it to you.

What is the cost?

$350 per week plus the cost of groceries and one time container fee.

I have chosen to charge the labor separately from the grocery cost so that you can have control over the quality of ingredients I buy and possibly use things you may already have. For instance, if you bought a freezer full of beef, I will work that into your meal plan to save on your grocery budget.

NOTE: Cost of groceries (due to crazy economy) typically is about $125 per week. Special ingredients such as purely pasture raised proteins or all organic, may be slightly more.
