Healthy Home Boot Camp
Want to learn how to eat and live healthfully in one day? Whether with a group (10+) or privately, you will learn what to purge, how to plan and what to purchase to make your home as happy and healthy as possible! We will cover food of course, but also talk about how to detox your entire home. Group session is 2 hours and includes healthy snacks and beverages. Private version is 2 3-hour sessions in your home and includes a shopping trip and meal prep plan for your family. Real Food Reset (Group Coaching)
I conduct these groups 2-3 times a year to accommodate those who enjoy tackling challenges with a group. Both local and remote versions focus on eliminating common inflammatory foods for 30 days in order to help your body release food-related toxins which leads to clearer skin, better sleep, less brain fog and even weight loss (not the goal, but every client I have had has lost weight.) What allergens do you avoid?
Private coaching is entirely individualized, but in general I work:
- 100% gluten-free
- 100% soy free
- 100% corn free and mostly grain-free
- Optional: Dairy-free by request
- Optional: Peanut-free or nut-free by request
How can food without these ingredients be delicious?
Having personally not eaten gluten for over a decade and having multiple other food sensitivities, I know how hard it is to find allergen-friendly food that truly tastes amazing. Healthy food doesn’t have to taste disgusting. I’ve learned how to cook within allergy and food sensitivity restraints and still create food that tastes delicious and I pass this information along to my clients.
