At 30 years old, I had unexplained weight and digestive issues. With Christi’s guidance I did an elimination diet and lightened up my workout routine. Previously a fitness competitor, I had eaten a very restrictive diet and worked out intensively for long periods of time which had, in turn, damaged my metabolism.

I worked with Christi becauseI had out of control blood sugar. Highs and severe lows. I was scared. After 3 months I went back to my doctor, and my bloodwork was excellent.
A1C went down over 3 points (from 9.7 to 6.6). Cholesterol and high blood pressure were in normal ranges as well. Following her lead made it so much easier than I thought it would be. Christi’s assistance with meal plans took a lot of prep out of it for me and helped me to use up the food I had bought.
