However, a simple statement from on of my gluten-free clients caused me to get over myself and create something awesome, even if Pumpkin Spice related! “I love pumpkin bread but I can’t eat it so I don’t even make it” That was it. That became my mission. She must have gluten-free pumpkin bread and it had to have good ingredients like coconut oil and maple syrup instead of the typical vegetable oil and sugar.
